What a brilliant job, I couldn't be more pleased with it. I've never had someone so clean and tidy when doing a mucky job, you even managed to not disturb me even when I was sleeping during the day. The difference you have made to the front appearance of my house and the greatly improved access to my front door is unbelievable. Thank you very much.

Really pleased with the work that Mark has done for us. Very straight forward and reliable from initial contact through to completion and payment for the work. A really strong attention to detail and work ethic. Kept the site clean and tidy throughout even during some very wet weather. We now have a very sturdy paved area that looks as if it will truly stand the test of time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

5 * We can’t recommend Mark and Anthony enough. They spent 4 weeks completing a new retaining garden wall, incorporating curved steps, LED wall lighting and lower patio area finished in Indian stone. The results are fantastic. Both Mark and Anthony were very professional, polite and incredibly hard working. They kept us well informed throughout the work and were curtious and respectful to our neighbours. We are so pleased with the results and looking forward to enjoying the great social space they’ve created.

Just had Hemsley lay a shed base in my sloped garden and build a border along the side of my house, Mark was really knowledgeable and had great suggestions how to do the work. They finished quickly and with minimal disruption and we are so pleased with it. I would recommend them very highly and will definitely have them back when we need more work doing!

I would highly recommend Hemsley Building Services, Mark and Richard have made a fabulous job of our driveway, they are very hardworking and conscientious and Mark is very creative in terms of ideas and solutions. Mark is a very good communicator, always keeping you informed and very punctual. Our neighbours have also commented on how neat and tidy they are. Thank you so much for a job very well done.

Mark and Richard transformed my garden area from a dump to a wonderful space. Mark had the vision to deal with the difficult levels and add little touches such as the setts for the steps. Before and after photos show their work. Last year they tackled my mud splattered and weed covered front garden, creating a drive and parking area that accommodated my need for planting areas and not just tarmac. Not only is their work to an excellent standard, they are great guys to have around. Mark and Richard (Dobbs).............I can't thank you enough

Mark did our drive. And extended the drop kerb on the path in front of our property. Very professional from start to finish. Quoted quickly, great communication and was here on the date he gave us months in advance. Really nice to have around, very meticulous work, very organised, we are absolutely delighted and would love to have him do our patio at some point in the future.

I recently had my large patio re done by Mark and his team after a sham of a job I had done by cow boy builders last year......two words...... Absolutely excellent! From start to finish, very professional, the job has now been done right and is beautiful! I will be using mark again for further projects, and couldn't recommend him highly enough to people.

I can, with 100% confidence recommend Hemsley Building Services. They built and laid a new patio and driveway. They were professional, hard working, polite , and the standard of work was of the highest quality. Throughout the seven days they were doing the work they ensured the disruption to myself and the family was minimal and once the work was complete they made sure that any rubbish and dirt was cleaned up and taken away with them. Great service , great standard of work. Highly recommended 5*

I can’t recommend Mark at Hemsley Building Services enough. He has completely relandscaped our sloping back garden onto two levels. Considered drainage points for water that was pooling at the back, laid an amazing patio space surrounded by a brick wall which ties in with the houses brickwork and makes the patio have a cosier feel. He’s taken out conifers to extend our lawn and replaced wooden fencing with concrete posts and wooden panels. Everything he has done has been well thought out and the attention to detail and care taken is meticulous. Mark and his colleague were professional and friendly throughout and they kept mess to a minimum and tidied up after every day. I wish more tradesmen were like Mark and his team, you can just trust them to get on with whatever you need and know that the workmanship is going to be to a high standard. Cheers Mark! 👍🏻

Mark was very professional from start to finish. Mark and his colleague had a big job restructuring our garden - adding fencing, building raised walls and leveling the garden to two levels. Mark was very knowledgeable and was able to design a garden space that we love which wouldn't have been possible without his fantastic knowledge! The quality of the work was brilliant and himself and his colleague worked very hard from start to finish and always worked in a tidy work space. We are so happy with the result and would highly recommend Hemsley Building Services

We had several quotes for a new driveway, we were very impressed with the interest and attention to detail Mark made even at the quotation stage. His knowledge and experience led us to rely on his judgement on several aspects of the final design. The work was completed according to the quote, the volume of earth moved and preparations of the base was huge and efficiently executed and to a very high standard. Once done the block paving went down quickly and the finished product exceeded our expectations. We would recommend his work without hesitation, he is professional, punctual and delivers the desired result. Thanks Mark.
